Lampa Mortimer is a highly qualified and experienced Head Chef with a rich background that includes managing professional kitchens and training amateurs across the globe. Currently Head Chef at a fine Hotel near Ascot and Windsor, she has also trained for the renowned Japanese online cooking school, Nikki's Kitchen. Her expertise ensures that every student, regardless of skill level, will leave with new confidence and a deeper passion for cooking.

Our classes are designed to immerse you in the full culinary process. Each four-hour session, for up to ten people, includes:
